PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is always protected when shopping with Charme Silkiner. We respect our customer’s account information as confidential and will never share this information with any outside affiliations or individuals. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers and to establish trust in our practices. If you have signed up to be part of our email list, we will occasionally email you with updates on our products and about any sales or promotions. We hope you enjoy being in the know about us. If at any time you would prefer not to receive these updates, we are happy to accommodate your request.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

SHIPPING
Charme Silkiner offers shipping via Fedex.  Please note that Fedex does not deliver to PO boxes.  If you have a PO box address please let us know so that we can make other shipping arrangements for you.  A signature is required for all orders upon delivery to protect your orders(s). International customers should contact our customer service department at info@charmesilkiner.com.
Standard US orders are typically shipped within 72 hours after order is received  pending availability and credit card verification. 
US shipping costs - $10.
As we work hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders. You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via info@charmesilkiner.com for a Return Shipping Label that can be emailed directly to you.

If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the Courier Company affiliated with your order directly.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXHANGES
At Charme Silkiner we are dedicated to offering you the best possible shopping experience. If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change of mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:
  • You must notify Charme Silkiner within 14 days of accepting delivery of the product by contacting info@charmesilkiner.com.
  • You must include the enclosed order documents in your shipment back to us. 
  • You must return the product in it's original, unused condition.
  • Charme Silkiner will provide you with a return shipping label to cover the costs of shipping back your item(s).  
  • Merchanise for return should be shipped to:

  • Upon receipt of the product by Charme Silkiner, Charme Silkiner will refund to you the purchase price of the product.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be given to products purchased at the Charme Silkiner Online Boutique.
  • Refunds will not be given to Charme Silkiner stock purchased from Charme Silkiner retailers. Please return any items to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer's return policy in this case.
  • We do not accept returns on any customized jewelry. 
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
 If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Charme Silkiner will gladly repair, exchange, or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process.
  • That the product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.  
  • You must notify Charme SIlkiner by email at info@charmesilkiner.com.
  • You must include the enclosed order documents in your shipment back to us. 
  • Charme Silkiner will then refund the price to you in full, replace the product or exchange for a different product. 
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Charme Silkiner can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability.  If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when you notify us. 
  • Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a Charme Silkiner retailer.
REPAIR
To request a repair please email info@charmesilkiner.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem.  We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.  For items purchased within the last year, repairs are free of charge. If your purchase through Charme Silkiner is older than 6 months, you will be charged $25 for the repair.  If extensive work is necessary an additional cost may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece in our studio.
 
GIFT VOUCHERS
Charme Silkiner Gift Vouchers can only be used at the Charme Silkiner Online Boutique. Gift Vouchers are non-returnable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used in full. Please note only one gift voucher may be used per transaction. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a Gift Voucher.
